(YourDigitalWall Editorial):- Phildelphia, Pennsylvania Jul 26, 2021 (Issuewire.com) – Today we’d like to introduce you to Marlin Barrier Jr.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story? How did you get to where you are today?

Thank you for having me.

42-year old, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native, former Division I Collegiate athlete, with 20 years of government program management experience. I have a good spirit and energetic drive which allows me to push forward to attain a certain level in life. I see things differently than most and will guide creative minds and companies to their limits. I strive to empower the creative side in everyone because I believe that is a characteristic that cannot be measured or controlled. Creativity is an essential trait in leaders in which permits me to inspire innovation with businesses and industries forward. My 13 years as a highly competitive athlete that has prepared my mental toughness to accomplish anything in life. Some people spend so much time preventing themselves from pursuing their dreams because they may not be mentally tough enough to handle forthcoming challenges that come along with the organic territory. I got to where I am today by being introduced to the Founder, Howard E. Smith, and realizing the slow death of Hollywood and the monopoly that Netflix and other streaming platforms are trying to create and how it will impact creatives and the film industry. People will pay for convenience and this certainly seems to be the case with the streaming industry. Thanks to Howard, I joined Elements Media Networks immediately and here we are today.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Finding the right person to hire is very challenging when especially you only want the best. Raising seed funding in a multi-billion dollar business to license content. The pandemic played a huge role in delaying opportunities and conferences with larger networks. Internships were halted for an extended period of time causing recruitment for new talent to be delayed. The phycological price of entrepreneurship can be isolating and physically and mentally exhausting. Working 60-80 hours weekly can be daunting, requiring a balance in your personal and work life. I tend to drag my wife and kids along with me to engagements and turn my phone off for a few hours the next day. Not sure if it works or not, but I’m still married.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

As President of a 24 Hour video-on-demand (VOD) Broadcasting Syndication Streaming Network, I specialize in cultivating companies and providing a turn-key brand-building mechanism for advertising, content creation, marketing, and promotional needs. Besides the fact that we specialize in streaming services on Roku TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, IPTV, and Android in 96 countries we also provide advertising opportunities for Television streaming, Magazine publication, and Live Music Radio “EMN Wired 98.7” hosted by Philly’s Own Phamous Phrillz @DjNOPHRiLLZ.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Take Risks and don’t waste time avoiding failure. One cannot succeed unless one has learned to fail. One must believe in themselves in order to accomplish any goal in life. If you don’t believe in yourself what makes you think one will believe in you? Eliminate distractions that will derail you from attaining your goals. Have fun along the way with your roller coaster ride of ups and downs. Try not to get in your own way, you can be your own worst enemy at times, be honest with yourself, and move forward. Be careful of how you spend your first and last two hours of each day. Be persistent and make your own luck.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success generates more success and, with that, additional responsibility and commitment which can lead you to deprive another area of your life or others. Simply achieving a particular goal is one thing, however, sustaining that level of achievement is something else. Like Mark Cuban says “It doesn’t matter how many times you have failed, you only have to be right once.”

What’s next for you?

Founder of EMN, Howard E. Smith, and I plan on taking Elements Media Networks to become another streaming option after customers exhaust Netflix, HULU, SLING, and Youtube, etc. We will continue making original content, continue giving small and medium-size businesses a platform to advertise at an affordable price, continue reaching out to Universities and Colleges for the next intern/talent to utilize their skillset in a practicum which will prepare them for the real world.

The future of Elements Media Networks Broadcasting and EMN Enterprises is to continue to be ahead of innovation within the streaming business. With becoming our own standalone streaming television entity and set-top box. Changing the way people watch television with EMN fusion holographic television. We also are going to re-create radio without streaming stations available all over the globe beyond frequency lines and expand the world of news and podcasting.
