The leader in office and industrial leasing and investments
(YourDigitalWall Editorial):- Bethesda, Maryland Mar 31, 2022 (Issuewire.com) – “As a woman and a mother, the most important thing is to be a role model for my daughter. I want to show her that women can pave their own way”.
My career started in the cosmetics industry as a business manager working with small teams to help increase sales activities. In that role I lead promotions, events, launch new product lines, business development and develop teams while actively growing a business. With my entrepreneurial spirit, I knew I wanted more. What I wanted was to build something for myself instead of building another person’s dreams. I got a phone call out of the blue from a manager at a real estate company who asked if I would be interested. I knew I liked real estate but thought I know it would have to be commercial real estate. I started my real estate career in 2010 and knew from the start it was exactly what I was looking for. I started off as a residential agent but knew that was not for me. Commercial real estate speaks to my soul! What I absolutely love about my career in commercial real estate is you are building your own business and being around like-minded people who keep you accountable and motivated.
I’m my role as a commercial real estate expert, I help with assisting powerful businessmen and women with aligning their goals with their vision when it comes to office and industrial leasing and investments. I work with the medical offices, corporate offices, and government offices. Industrial warehouse and flex space. I absolutely love the real estate industry and it was the best move I have made. I conduct free consultations online or in person, visit https://www.barbarabouvier.com/booking
The tool that keeps me motivated and successful is having a growth and success mindset. I believe that mindset is everything and without the right mindset, nothing improves. You have to take action, have a plan, and get moving forward on that goal. Taking action is where you will see change whether good or bad and both lead you to success. Giving up is never an option. If you are going to invest I say invest in yourself and put the hours in. If you do this your life will change for the better.
I am very proud of the capabilities I’ve acquired over the years utilize in building my own business, serving my community, and partnering with my clients. My contribution to success would not be possible without the support and investment of others who believe in me. For that, I am extremely grateful.
The advice I would give to women who want to start their own business is to go for it. It doesn’t matter where you start, in your basement, spare bedroom, or garage just do it. Jump in there find a mentor and hit the ground running. Surrounded yourself with like-minded people who can help push you along the way. It’s nothing like creating your own success and paving your own way.
