Bundles & Bluegrass event on September 29, 2022 will benefit local moms & newborns, giving at-risk babies the best chance at success.
As the Charlotte area continues to grow, the need to support newborns and their families has never been greater.
(YourDigitalWall Editorial):- Charlotte, North Carolina Aug 29, 2022 (Issuewire.com) – One month from today, the Mint Museum on Randolph Road will be awash in bluegrass music and hope for babies soon to be born here in Charlotte. The key Fundraiser for Baby Bundles will be one of this fall’s most exciting events, where Charloteans come together to raise a glass, and raise money in support of a very worthy cause.
For more than a decade, Baby Bundles has provided at-risk newborns and their families with a bag of necessities (The “Baby Bundle”) made up of clothing, blankets, books, and related items. Worth hundreds of dollars, mom and baby receive many of the necessary items to begin parenthood on the right foot.
“Since the organization formed in 2010, we have distributed more than 10,000 bundles to needy families in Charlotte,” said Emily Harry, one of the co-founders. “The goal of this event is to raise more than $300,000, providing thousands more bundles to deserving families in the coming year.”
The event will be held at the Mint Museum, 2739 Randolph Rd, and will unfold as follows:
5:00 pm – Bluegrass music by Gypsy Grass & Cocktails
6:00 pm – Program
6:30 pm – Live auction
Tickets are $100 per person. Donation and sponsorship opportunities are still available. Visit https://babybundlesnc.org for more information and tickets. This event will sell out, and live auction items are still being added, so don’t delay.

Baby Bundles
Baby Bundles was born from heartbreak. Started by Emily Harry, Heather Leavitt, and Cat Long, they set out to help other mothers, by honoring the children they never got to love and raise. Each founder has endured infant loss, but out of these tragedies was born a desire to serve. Baby Bundles provides infant necessities to mothers in need. Worth hundreds of dollars, the contents of each bag help families begin parenthood on the right foot. Visit https://babybundlesnc.org to learn more.
