Criminal Mafia Satish Panchariya – Nikita Rattanshi of K Sera Sera’s Racket Exposed

The allegations include harassment, sexual assault, threats to life, extortion, organized crime, animal cruelty and financial fraud -sending shockwaves through both the Bollywood and corporate circles.

With the intervention and support of National Commission for Women (NCW), Maharashtra State Commission for Woman and Ministry of Women and Child Development, Maharashtra, FIR has been lodged.

Serious Criminal Allegations:

• Sexual Harassment & Assault
• The complaint states that Satish Panchariya physically and sexually assaulted the victim at the office premise of K Sera Sera office, coercing her and subjecting her to repeated harassment.
• Allegations include inappropriate touching, forced advances, attempt to trafficking and intimidation using his position of power.

• Underworld Connections
• The accused reportedly used their criminal ties and underworld links to issue direct death threats to the victim and her family.
• Multiple instances of stalking, blackmail and intimidation were cited in the complaint.

• Financial Fraud, Money Laundering & Economic Crimes
• The allegations point to massive corporate fraud orchestrated by Satish Panchariya and his associates, involving:
  – Shell companies and illegal financial transactions
  – Money laundering through K Sera Sera Digital Cinema
  – Stock market manipulation and tax evasion
• Illegal sale of Chhottu Maharaj franchises without notarizing, registering or fulfilling the obligations outlined in the agreement.

• Forgery & Criminal Conspiracy
• It is alleged that the accused forged official documents, manipulated company records and illegally added individuals as directors in fraudulent companies.
• The complainant has presented evidence of fabricated contracts, unauthorized financial transactions and false accusations to target her.

• Defamation & Character Assassination
• A malicious smear campaign was allegedly initiated by the accused to defame the victim, her husband, her in-laws and their organisation.
• The accused reportedly spread false narratives, created fake baseless FIR and legal issues and attempted to tarnish reputations to cover up their crimes.

“I am a Foreign resident currently living in India. For the past few months, I have been facing unimaginable harassment, threats and violence from Mr. Satish Panchariya, a 55-year-old husband of Radha Panchariya ( A BJP Womans Morcha leader) Director of K Sera Sera Group and his extramarital affair girlfriend Ms. Nikita Rattanshi (35 year old). Their actions have made my life miserable and left me in constant fear for my safety and well-being.

It all started at my workplace at K Sera Sera where Satish Panchariya went beyond emotional abuse. He repeatedly harassed me sexually. He inappropriately touched me in his office, squeezed my private parts during meetings hideously and even forced me to wear revealing clothes to please clients for his financial benefit and deal closures. Despite my resistance, his abusive behaviour continued, leaving me humiliated and helpless.

On December 3, 2024, he and Nikita Rattanshi violently attacked me in his office cabin, leaving me terrified and forcing me to flee the workplace. Nikita even threatened to kill my mother and frame me for it if I didn’t follow her demands. She tried to control my life, even forcing me to marry someone for her financial gain through divorce and alimony.

Satish Panchariya also had me followed by his associates. For three months, a man named Vikrant Anand stalked me and repeatedly delivered threatening messages from Satish. Another person, Hiramani Babulal Sharma, tracked me down till my residence and other places to update her boss as to my whereabouts. They also monitored my social media, digital activities and financial transactions without my consent, adding to my distress.

At work, Satish Panchariya constantly insulted me and my character in Hindi and Gujarati. He humiliated me in front of colleagues and clients, openly calling me with derogatory names like “randi”, “mere paiso par palti hai” and “chinaar”. He even claimed that I would offer “personal favours” to clients, which severely damaged my reputation.

On top of this, Satish Panchariya and Nikita Rattanshi have scammed people, cheated vendors and manipulated deals. They withheld my salary, refused to pay my commission and forged my signature to appoint me as a director in 6 illegal companies without my knowledge. They used my name and identity for fraudulent activities, damaging my reputation further.

Their criminal activities didn’t stop there. They run several fake companies, embezzling large sums of money, laundering funds and deceiving investors with false promises. Satish even operates a casting couch scam, conning actors by promising fake roles in exchange for money.

I have been living under constant threat. Satish Panchariya and his associates have repeatedly threatened to kill me, my husband and my family. On January 27, 2025, I went to confront Satish with my in-laws after Nikita Called me with a threat to immediately come, but he forced me into his cabin alone, assaulted me again and threatened to have me killed in an “accident” or kidnapped by his underworld contacts in Dubai. He chillingly told me, “Tere upar acid fekwaunga aur gang rape mafias se karwaunga, teri zindagi barbaad kardunga”

Beyond the personal attacks, they even targeted my beloved 7 year old pet dog Goofy. On February 12, 2025, Satish’s assistant sent me a message stating, “Sir Goofy ko kahi leke jaa rahe hai, he says Maa nahi toh beta sahi, dekh lena,” implying they would harm my dog if I did not submit to their demands. Shortly after, Goofy was taken away, leaving me heartbroken and emotionally tormented.

In addition to all this, Satish Panchariya and Nikita Rattanshi stole my personal vehicle, my laptop, my identity documents, jewellery and personal belongings. They used my laptop to manipulate emails and commit further fraud.

Their actions have left me physically battered, emotionally scarred and living in constant fear. I am dying for justice and urgently request immediate police intervention to stop these criminals from harming me, my family and my loved ones any further.”
