Insurer Accused of Contradictory Actions and Bad Faith Practices in New York Litigation

Plaintiff Matthew J. This controversy is not isolated, according to Fecteau, who points to previous cases in various jurisdictions where Safety National and its affiliates have similarly faced accusations and judicial reprimands for manipulative tactics and bad faith conduct.
