Composer and arranger Stefan Kristinkov launched his second solo project, ‘Clarinet Vibe,’ on September 28 on all major streaming platforms.
Accomplished musician Stefan Kristinkov is once again dispersing his creative capacity in his solo project, ‘Clarinet Vibe.’ It comprises five tracks exploring an invasive idea of limiting the timbral diversity to achieve an extraordinary emotional and aesthetic impact. The EP features a clarinet, vibraphone, bass guitar, and a drum set to create music in a cross-over Jazz style. The production style, creative diversity, and free-flowing make it one of the most dynamic and adaptable EPs out there in the contemporary scope. Stefan K also collaborated with talented artists Adam Alesi in ‘Things to See’ and Itaiguara Brandão in ‘Summer Forest.’
Based in New York, Stefan K is known for his work in independent films and is a clarinetist with an extensive performing background. He is also a business entrepreneur collecting, recording, and distributing rare varieties of ethnic instrumental libraries. His work has been influenced by his extensive knowledge of classical music, ethnomusicology, jazz, Eastern-European minimalism, and postmodernism. This award-winning musician never constricts his music to one genre and continuously reveals his sense of curiosity, allowing him to pursue unique ideas and creative solutions. His advanced orchestration skills and techniques are often praised at film festivals. Stay updated on his latest releases and more on his official website.
