During her tenure at AdventHealth, she also served as a charge nurse, supervising nursing staff, coordinating care for nearly 40 patients, and leading team briefings to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Her clinical career began after earlier professional roles in the pharmacy and retail healthcare sector, where she worked with CVS Health in positions ranging from Pharmacy Technician to Store Manager. These roles helped develop her leadership, operational management, and patient service skills that continue to influence her approach to healthcare today.
