Her leadership extends beyond social work. Danielle served as a First Lieutenant and Executive Officer in the Ohio Army National Guard, leading tactical military police units and completing rigorous officer training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Her military experience complements her commitment to disciplined, structured, and compassionate care management.
Danielle holds certifications in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Child Welfare Casework, among others, and is skilled in critical systems including SACWIS, EPIC, and JCMS.
