Raising money and giving back scholarships
(YourDigitalWall Editorial):- Bradenton, Florida Aug 17, 2026 (Issuewire.com) – Vcreativeart16 Launches International Housing Fundraiser to Support Families in Tanzania While Offering Affordable Property Opportunities
Medellín, Colombia – Vcreativeart16, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting healing through the arts, education, equality, and humanitarian outreach, is announcing a new fundraising campaign to help provide safer housing, home repairs, and essential support for families in West Tanzania.
Since 2019, Vcreativeart16 has worked alongside local partners in Tanzania, helping families through charitable initiatives and community support. The organization has collaborated on a book with a local pastor, created a dedicated YouTube playlist highlighting the community, and continues working to improve lives through education, storytelling, and the arts.
To raise funds, the nonprofit is offering two affordable real estate opportunities:
Property 1 – Medellín, Colombia
A small wood-and-metal home located near UVA de la Armonía Park, approximately one mile from downtown Medellín. The property includes functioning water, electricity, and plumbing. While it requires renovation, it is livable and offers the opportunity to rebuild or expand with additional floors, as many neighboring homes have done.
Price: US$3,500 (cash purchase).
Property 2 – Meridian, Mississippi, USA
A distressed two-bedroom home situated approximately one mile from downtown Meridian with a large yard. The property may be renovated or rebuilt.
Price: US$2,000 (cash purchase).
For both properties, legal ownership documents will be prepared by a licensed notary or attorney, with ownership transferred after all required documents are signed and payment has been completed.
Supporters who do not wish to purchase a property may also:
– Donate any amount, including US$5, US$100, or US$500.
– Sponsor housing repairs and food assistance for families in Tanzania.
– Contribute funds toward purchasing a home for a family selected by the nonprofit based on demonstrated need.
Businesses, authors, artists, and donors who support the campaign will receive recognition through Vcreativeart16’s media network, including:
– One month of promotional exposure.
– Features in Publishing Trend and Vcreativeart16 Journal.
– Promotion across the organization’s social media platforms.
– Opportunities for interviews on the Vcreativeart16 YouTube channel.
– Invitations to submit articles, showcase books and artwork, and collaborate with the nonprofit.
Founded by Vanessa Bush, Vcreativeart16 has spent over a decade promoting authors, artists, and healing through creative expression. The organization has interviewed more than 100 podcast guests, published newsletters twice each month, written more than 20 magazine articles internationally, mentored emerging writers, organized art initiatives, and developed online communities focused on encouragement, healing, and creativity. Its LinkedIn community has grown to more than 10,000 followers, while its YouTube content has reached thousands of viewers worldwide.
Funds raised through this campaign will also help expand scholarships, support authors and artists, organize community events and live auctions, and continue humanitarian work in Tanzania.
“Our mission is simple,” said founder Vanessa Bush. “We want people to know that their support creates real change. Whether someone purchases a property, donates, promotes our mission, or becomes part of our creative community, they are helping families build safer futures while supporting artists and writers around the world.”

Staying Young at Heart After 40: The Radical Choice to Keep Living Fully
There’s a quiet lie society tells you once you cross 40: that your life should start shrinking. Fewer risks. Smaller dreams. Less color. More caution. You’re expected to settle into a version of yourself that feels “appropriate” instead of alive.
But here’s the truth–aging is inevitable, becoming dull is optional.
Staying young at heart isn’t about pretending you’re 25. It’s about refusing to let life harden you. It’s about staying open, curious, emotional, expressive, and deeply connected to your own desires–even when the world expects you to dim them.
Youth Is Energy, Not Age
Look around. You’ll see people in their 20s already exhausted, cynical, and closed off. And then there are people in their 50s, 60s, even 70s who radiate energy, passion, and purpose.
The difference isn’t time–it’s mindset.
To stay vibrant, you have to protect your inner world like it matters. Because it does.
Keep learning, even when you’re not forced to
Stay curious about people, even after being hurt
Keep creating, even when nobody is watching
Let yourself feel deeply instead of numbing out
The moment you stop engaging with life, you start aging in a way that has nothing to do with your body.
Big Dreams Don’t Expirre
Who decided dreams have an expiration date?
Some of the most powerful transformations happen after 40–when you finally stop living for approval and start living from truth. This is the age where clarity hits differently. You’ve seen enough to know what doesn’t work. You’ve felt enough to know what matters.
Dreams after 40 are not naive–they are intentional.
And yes, it can feel terrifying to start over, pivot, or go bigger when society expects you to “already have it figured out.” But playing small to look stable is one of the fastest ways to feel dead inside.
If anything, your dreams should get louder with age–not quieter.
Facing Your Demons Without Running
Let’s be honest–by 40, most people carry emotional weight. Trauma. Regret. Betrayal. Loss. Patterns that repeat like a broken record.
Ignoring it doesn’t make it disappear. It just buries it deeper, where it quietly shapes your decisions.
Healing is not a pretty, linear process. It’s uncomfortable. It’s raw. It forces you to look at yourself without filters
But it’s also freeing
You don’t overcome your demons by pretending they’re not there. You overcome them by
Naming them
Understanding them
Taking responsibility for how they show up in your life
Choosing different behaviors, even when it feels unnatural
Growth isn’t about becoming perfect. It’s about becoming aware–and then making better choices.
Redefining Success on Your Terms
At some point, you have to ask yourself a real question:
Is the life I’m chasing actually mine–or was it handed to me by society?
Success is often sold as money, status, stability, and appearances. But a lot of people who “have it all” feel empty because they built a life that looks good instead of feels right.
Redefining success might mean
Prioritizing peace over pressure
Choosing freedom over security
Valuing time over money
Building meaningful connections instead of surface-level validation
Success is not a universal formula. It’s personal.
And if your definition of success doesn’t make you feel alive, it’s time to rewrite it.
Becoming Happier Than You’ve Ever Been
Happiness after 40 is different. It’s less about highs and more about depth. Less about excitement and more about alignment.
Real happiness comes from:
Living in integrity with yourself
Letting go of what you can’t control
Creating instead of consuming constantly
Setting boundaries without guilt
Allowing joy without questioning it
And most importantly–stop postponing happiness
Too many people treat happiness like a reward for future achievements. “I’ll be happy when…” is a trap. Life keeps moving, and that “when” keeps shifting.
You don’t find happiness at the end of the road. You build it daily in how you think, act, and respond.
Choosing Compassion in a Hard World
We live in a world that often feels disconnected, reactive, and harsh. People are hurting, and instead of healing, many project that pain outward.
Choosing compassion is not weakness. It’s strength with awareness.
Be kind, even when others aren’t
Listen without always needing to respond
Understand that everyone is fighting something you can’t see
Speak with intention, not reaction
Peace starts internally, but it spreads through how you show up with others.
And in a world that profits from division, choosing compassion is a quiet rebellion.
