Grand Central Market announces new dining experience, Ghost Sando Shop, expanding the landmark food hall’s diverse culinary offerings into 2023
(YourDigitalWall Editorial):- Los Angeles, California Apr 19, 2023 (Issuewire.com) – Grand Central Market, Los Angeles’ lauded and historic food hall, announces the official opening of a new vendor to the Market’s robust and diverse culinary offerings. Ghost Sando Shop, the highly celebrated deli concept, will be opening its stall this spring, building on Grand Central Market’s long-established dedication to representing Los Angeles’ manifold cultures, cuisines, and lifestyles.
Ghost Sando Shop arrives at Grand Central Market following an inaugural location in the Melrose Arts District. The concept, which gained immediate infamy for delectable and filling sandwiches, specializes in exceptional taste and quality featuring house-made slaws and their famous Dutch Crunch Roll, made from tender white bread topped with a rice flour coating. The menu reflects an array of classic deli concoctions such as The Melrose (black forest ham, oven-roasted turkey, thick-cut bacon and melted white American cheese and house slaw) as well as LA-inspired sandwiches like Santa Monica (pastrami and oven-roasted turkey, thick cut bacon and melted pepperjack cheese and house slaw).
“When we received the call from GCM to join their iconic venue it was both exciting and surreal. This is a rare opportunity for Ghost and the team to be a part of something bigger than us,” said founder Benjamin George Sales II. “We look forward to embedding ourselves in the community and culture to bring a new level of sandwiches to DTLA and the surrounding community.”
