About the Author: Ms. Catherine Sewell enjoys a fulfilling career that spans film, television, commercials, and voice-overs having worked in films, numerous television projects, commercials, and industries. With her co-producer, Catherine received North Carolina’s Society of Historians’ Paul Green Multi-Media Award for the documentary, “The House in the Horseshoe.” She began acting in the 1990s and gained her Screen Actors Guild (SAG) eligibility as Mrs. Newman (“nosey neighbor”) in Travelocity’s national campaign. A mother and grandmother; Catherine is also a teacher, psychologist, and college professor.
