Lori was the founder and Managing Director of The Ermi Group, a leadership development, and human capital solutions firm based in the Washington, DC market. Her firm served hundreds of leaders and dozens of organizations for fifteen years. As Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for a DC-based IT government contractor, led HR, Staffing, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and Administration, and was a corporate officer.
