Lori brings over 30 years of corporate leadership experience with expertise in sales, marketing, training, and leadership development. Lori is a 2006 graduate of the prestigious Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and has been a certified leadership coach since 2008.
Lori was the founder and Managing Director of The Ermi Group, a leadership development, and human capital solutions firm based in the Washington, DC market. Her firm served hundreds of leaders and dozens of organizations for fifteen years. Clients included: BAE Systems, PayPal, Astra Zeneca, MedStar Health Systems, TEVA Pharma, Astellas Pharma, Leadiant Biosciences, Life Technologies, EMMES Corporation, Hitachi Vantara Federal, Pratt & Whitney, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deltek, Verisign. Lori spent thirteen years at The Procter & Gamble Company in sales and marketing in the high potential program, and as a global Senior HR Manager. As Director of Talent Development at Fannie Mae, Lori’s team managed enterprise-wide talent management. As Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for a DC-based IT government contractor, led HR, Staffing, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, and Administration, and was a corporate officer.
In 2023, Lori is excited to be working with LRI Directors to bring the Restore assessment to global companies.
