PR Body:

His Grace Orphanage Ministry is a nonprofit organization in Uganda that serves underprivileged communities with food, clothing, and shelter. The organization is on a mission to improve the quality of life of OVC through education, Psychosocial and spiritual support for a better tomorrow.

Founded in 2017 by Pastor Ssengoba Stephen, His Grace Orphanage Ministry has targeted the nourishment and development of very young kids. He has a soft edge for the kids because he has also been through the experiences of being neglected and mistreated. At the very young age of 5 years, he was abandoned by his drunk father and mother. He could not get a formal education like many other kids around. Life has been terrible for him all these years as he had to live on the streets to survive.

The deserted kid decided to strive for all those amnesties for others he could not enjoy in his childhood. His Grace Orphanage Ministry is the result of his struggle of many years. Pastor Stephen states, “Being born in an underdeveloped country is not anyone’s choice, but all the children are the same and deserve the same level of treatment.” He has always practiced these principles at His Grace Orphanage Ministry.

The major issues faced by the underprivileged communities in Uganda include the lack of sanitary conditions, contaminated water, and lack of food, clothing, and shelter. Most of the diseases are caused by Uganda’s lack of clean water resources. Around 38% of the kids under the age of 5 are undernourished. 38% of the population is under the global destitution line of $1.25, which speaks for the hardships of coping with daily expenses. Moreover, 66% of Ugandans live in unsatisfactory lodgings. All these facts demand the attention of people with a philanthropic spirit.

Pastor Ssengoba Stephen calls for donations to help the communities in Uganda. Other than food and water, His Grace Orphanage Ministry also needs support to finish building their schoolhouse. By taking part in the noble cause, people could play their role in making the world a better place for everyone.
