It was there that he gained additional experience in sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, joint replacement, and NFL injury grievance exams.
In order to keep current on the newest advances in his field, the doctor is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedic sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, which is an organization with the goal of establishing educational and professional standards for orthopaedic residents and surgeons, as well as evaluating the qualifications and competence of orthopaedic surgeons. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
