‘Taiwan Beats Showcase at SXSW Online 2021’ enchants with diverse sounds

Experience the magnetic collaboration of SXSW and Taiwan Beats as they release ‘Taiwan Beats Showcase at SXSW Online 2021’ to engage the crowd with various sounds.

In the wake of the COVID-19 crisis, SXSW and Taiwan Beats have collaborated to showcase the ‘Taiwan Beats Showcase at SXSW Online 2021. The online showcase hosts a diverse group of talents exploring beautiful Taiwan landscapes, namely Fire EX., Enno Cheng, The Chairs, and NekoJam. The performance starts with Enno Cheng who allures the audience with her contagious soulful vocals. The charming singer-songwriter delivers her poetic perspectives amid wild landscapes that are beyond perfection. The visuals are embraced by natural wonders and spectaculars. The video is followed by Fire EX., the band that plays in an industrial setup with their music fueled by punk rock to engulf the listener with their high spirited melodies. Thirdly, The Chair, the indie-gem three-piece group with two vocals, performs with sparkling tunes and creates a dreamy psychedelic ambiance. They take us on a good trip to the 80’s retrospective in an indoor shrimp fishing.

And lastly, NekoJam, an all-female band unapologetically fuses electro, house, and pop hooks and performed in a Taiwanese temple to celebrate diverse communities and cultures. The ‘Taiwan Beats Showcase at SXSW Online 2021’ has been organized by SXSW and Taiwan Beats under the label Young Team Productions and every individual band has performed eccentrically to offer a good time to the audience during the pandemic scenario. The performances are great and can now be watched fully on YouTube. Visit Taiwan Beats on their official website for more information.
