  1. Keep your stomachfull before you start drinking, have a hearty breakfast, and launch while having your drink keep on snacking.
  2. Drink slowly and in moderation, no one is going to steal your drink make sure to sip it slowly, and do not ever fall for “Bottom’s Up”.
  3. Remember 1 beer is 12 ounces(355 ml) of alcoholic fluid (at least try to remember), and 4 beers are 1 and a half litters.
  4. Go with 1 drink per hour speed, if you are having these 4 beers in a span of 4 hours then it might not lead to a hangover the next day.
  5. Keep on sipping on water in between your drinks, while you are having your alcohol make sure to have your water as well to keep it happy in your gut.

Yes, keeping count when you are out to have fun can be a bit too much, but you need to make sure that you are at least functioning the next day and do not get completely overwhelmed by the presence of alcohol. Start with water and nothing fancy, due to overindulgence in alcohol people often forget to have water while they are drinking intoxicating fluids. Have water as much as you feel like having before you move to the next step. Rehydration is the keep to overcome your hangover.

  1. Followed by a Hydrating Drinks

Alcohol dehydrates the body by increasing urine production and draining the essential fluids and electrolytes from the body. To recover from this state water followed by some rehydrating drink can be a great option. You can have sports drinks, mix a pouch of electrolytes with your regular water, and have it. If you have access then sip on some coconut water these fluids will help you to gain your lost electrolytes back.

  1. Simple, Bland Yet Nutrient-rich Food

In the following morning if you feel better after you have some rehydrating drinks plenty of water you can proceed to have a hearty meal but nothing fancy. A Simple toast with eggs and fruits is what will make your day a lot better. Do not add too much butter or too much seasoning to your eggs, keep it simple and let your taste buds release the essential saliva to break the food.

  1. Prioritize Adequate Rest and Sleep

Take a nap after your meal to recover completely. Intoxication excites your nerves and it can be extremely beneficial to soothe them with proper rest. Rest will not just calm your nerves it will also help you to recover from the pain you might be experiencing in your body. With rest, you will rejuvenate your mind and keep your anxiety in check.

  1. Do NOT Panic

Breathe and let It be, not every day is going to be on your terms, let your body have its way of recovering from your quirks and offer the well-deserved rest. Do not excite your already excited nerves with a panicking thought, breathe, follow the steps take the rest and within the proper time you will feel better before you let your impulse have its way once again.

  • Some essential Medications can be taken: Antacids to settle down your stomach and aspirin to ease out pains.

Beverages that you avoid: After you have your way the night earlier you might not want to start your day with a large cup of coffee or tea which has caffeine. If it is an herbal tea with no caffeine then you can have it. On the other hand, you also do not want to have another glass of dark-fizzy drink like Coke on the following morning. This will disrupt your system even further. Take Note:

  • No Coke or any dark-colored fizzy drinks high in sugar
  • No Caffeine, no tea or coffee

What you can have is a THC Beverage or try the Ginger and Peppermint drink. The age-old concoction of ginger and peppermint has been helping to get rid of any added hangover problems for centuries. Recently, the usage of buttermilk to overcome hangovers has gained a lot of popularity but, not everyone can acquire the taste of buttermilk and their gut might not agree with it as well. Sticking to this list is what will not restrict you from having fun and at the same time it will also help you from getting any sort of hangover the following day.
